With aim of facilitating smooth business process for individuals and companies during the Month of Ramadan, Dubai Customs declared the official working hours timing for the Customs Centers in accordance to the nature of works.
Customs Centers at the Cargo Village, Dubai Flowers Center and Creek Entry will work for 24hrs during Ramadan, Hatta Customs Center work daily from 00:09 morning till 00:12 midnight
Call and Electronic Services Department will normally work from 00:07am to 00:05pm at the service of customers’ information and queries about customs transactions via the toll free call (80080080)
the working timing hours at Hamryiah Customs Center will be from 00:08am to 00:05pm, working hours at Customs Post Center from 00:09am to 00:05pm and at Dubai Metals & Commodities Center from 00:09am to 00:09pm
Dry Dock Customer Services will work from 00:09am to 00:08pm, Creek Operations Center from 00:08am to 00:06pm and the working hours timing for Ducamz Service Center, Silicon Oasis Center, Dubai Textile City and Claims & Collection at Dubai Intl Airport Free Zone and Cargo Village will be from 00:09am to 00:02pm
the working timing at Port Rashid Center, Customs Declaration Process Section at Customs Declaration Management Department will work from 00:08am to 00:02pm
where the working hours at Customs Declaration Management will be round the clock regarding the customs declaration process, but regarding customs declaration service (cancelation and amendment) the working hours will be from 08:00am to 05:00pm.
