Tarjim Service
Dubai Customs launched TARJIM service, where clients can submit their complaints in their own native languages with a choice of 7 different languages (Spanish, French, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Urdu and Russian) in addition to Arabic and English through email
1886@dubaicustoms.ae. Dubai Customs will reply for complainant in the same language of submitted complaint.
