This service is provided to the Customers to submit a claim to refund of deposit or release of guarantee paid in lieu of Customs duty
Service Delivery Procedure:

Available around the clock (Online and Mobile Web)
Refer to customer happiness centers working hours (Center)
Service Fees:
AED 50 per Declaration
AED 20 Knowledge and Innovation fees will be added on top of any service costs AED 50 and above
Required Documents:
Proof of export for goods as the following:
- By Sea: Exit/Entry certificate, Copy of Export Declaration, Copy of Manifest, or Copy of Bill of Lading
- By Air: Exit/Entry certificate, Copy of Export Declaration, or Copy of Airway Bill
- By Land:Exit/Entry certificate, Copy of Export Declaration or Copy of Manifest
