This service allows customers to file a complaint on Intellectual Property infringement or Trade Agency

- Submit the application through all available channels
- Pay service fees
- Receive a notification of accomplishment
Service Delivery Time:
Available around the clock (Online and Mobile Web)
Refer to customer happiness centers working hours (Center)
Service Fees:
AED 2000.00
AED 5000.00 (Security Deposit)
AED 500.00 ( In case of Urgent Request )
AED 1000.00 ( In case of Complaint is filed during Holidays)
AED 20 Knowledge and Innovation fees will be added on top of any service costs AED 50 and above

Terms and Conditions:
- A Security Deposit shall be paid in case the complaint is submitted by the Customer
- Security Deposit is refundable if the complaint is valid
