Dubai Customs announced the official working hours at its customs centers during the Eid Al-Adha holiday, to help individuals and companies clear their goods without any delay.
Air customs centers at Dubai Cargo Village, Dubai Airport Free Zone- gate number (5), and Dubai Flower Center will work round-the-clock; whereas inspection section at Dubai Multi Commodities Center will work on Sunday 3rd September from 9am to 2pm.
Jebel Ali Inspection Center and Dubai Logistics City Inspection Center will work round-the-clock during Eid holiday; whereas, Jebel Ali customer service center will resume work as of Sunday 3rd September, from 8am to 2pm, and customer service center at Dubai logistics City will go back to work on Monday.
Port Rashid Customer Service Center will close during Eid holiday but the inspection center will work 24/7 during the holiday.
Hatta Customs Center will work round-the-clock, whereas Dry Docks and Dukamz centers will go back to work on Sunday 3rd September from 8am to 1pm.
As for coastal customs centers, work will be Round-the-clock at exit and entry gates (inspection and maritime operations), Deira wharfage (inspection), Dubai Creek Customs Center (inspection), and Hamriya Port inspection center.
Work at Hamriya Port Customs Center will be from 8am to 2pm on Thursday 31st August, Saturday and Sunday 2 & 3 September; whereas Dubai Creek Customs Center- maritime operations will work from 7:30am to 1:30pm on Thursday and Sunday, and shipping operations from 8am to 5pm on Thursday and Sunday. Work hours at declaration management will be round-the-clock.
