Proceeding from our commitment to providing quality services to our clients according to the latest best practices, and as per the DC Higher Management recommendations, in line with the new work requirements; the official working hours at Jebel Ali and TECOM Customer Service Centre have been updated as follows:
- From Sunday to Thursday (2 duty shifts): from 07:30 am to 16:00 pm
- Saturdays: from 09:00 am to 16:00 pm
The new work timings will enter into effect as of 03/05/2014.
