The website has been redesigned in order to make it feasible for all users in accessing different data and information they look for together with a simplified method of displaying information, contributing to communicating Dubai Customs` different activities to all users, supported by access via the website to the Customs` links on social networking sites.

Juma Al Gaith, the Executive Director of Customs Development Division at Dubai Customs said that the updating of the website comes as part of Dubai Customs IT applications on-going development aiming at attaining best clients electronic service delivery standards in accordance with the most recent recognized international standards that will ensure efficiency and save clients` time, effort and cost.
“The development of the website responds as well to service delivery requirements within Dubai through Dubai electronic Government and so we have now placed all our service on the website in a simple way allowing clients to easily and simply submit their requests via the website”, he added.
