Dubai Customs recently awarded employees' distinguished children academically in an honor-awarding ceremony. 70 male and female students from different school stages who scored highest grades in their schools were awarded.
Mr. Fahed Hamad Bin Fahed, Executive Director of HR, Finance and Admin Division and Mr. Khalifa Abu Jamhoor, HR Department Manager at Dubai Customs attended the event.
Mr. Bin Fahed said:" Dubai Customs believes that knowledge is the key to society’s development and advancement stemmed from Customs mission towards creating a future generation that aspires to achieve and think creatively in order to build the country in the different fields; scientifically, academically, economically and socially. Thus, this annually organized ceremony comes as part of our endeavors in fostering and supporting excellence among employees’ children and encouraging them to keep their academic excellence up.”
Parents of the awarded children expressed their appreciation to Dubai Customs for this kind gesture and organizing such events which help further their children’s performance and education and increase employees’ satisfaction and loyalty.
