Dubai Customs is actively enhancing its educational initiatives by creating specialized customs training programs to ensure its workforce attains the highest academic qualifications. As part of this initiative, the department has revamped its Bachelor's program in Supply Chain and Customs, transforming it into a comprehensive curriculum for Customs and International Trade. Launched in collaboration with the University of Dubai, this program adheres to the top-tier global standards in trade and customs sciences, incorporating the Picard Standards of the World Customs Organization (WCO). The curriculum covers all the essential requirements outlined in the economic development plans as per "We the UAE 2031" and the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
