Dubai Customs working hours during Eid Al-Fitr




During the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, Dubai Customs has announced that it will continue its operations and maintain its opening hours at various customs centers and ports. The primary objective is to ensure the smooth clearance of goods for both individuals and companies, while keeping customers' convenience in mind.

Dubai Customs has emphasized its commitment to providing maximum comfort to its customers by offering services related to the clearance of goods during the holiday season. This is in line with its strategic objectives, which aim to provide value-added customs services, support economic and commercial activities, and meet the general needs and requirements of its customers.

Several customs centers, including Deira Port, Dubai Creek Customs Center, Hamriyah Center, and Rashid Port Inspection Center, will continue to operate around the clock. The Jebel Ali Inspection Center and Tecom Inspection Center will also remain open 24/7. However, the Rashid Port Customer Service Center and Jebel Ali Customer Service Center will be closed during the Eid holiday and will resume work on April 24th.

Dubai Customs has also confirmed that Hatta Border Customs Center and Dubai Logistics City Customs Center will operate around the clock during the Eid holiday. Additionally, the air customs centers at both Dubai Cargo Village and Dubai Airport Free Zone will operate around the clock.

The customs Declaration department will also continue to work 24/7 to clear customs transactions for customers.
