At the opening of the new release of the charter, Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, Director General of Dubai Customs said in his statement:
“Happiness at Dubai Customs is not a slogan, rather it’s an inherent value in our work and in 2022 strategy. Along with quality, loyalty, innovation and empowerment, happiness is a major value, and we work hard to ensure clients’ happiness following the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. Our clients are our ambassadors and they are main catalysts of our success.
“We use the most advanced technologies in our work to provide our clients with world-class services and make sure they are engaged in our initiatives and plans. Our channels of communication are always open to them to listen to their suggestions and meet their expectations.”
On his part, Edris Behzad, Director of Client Happiness Department said the Client Happiness Charter aims to enlighten the clients with the services available to them.
“We keep updating the Charter to meet the growing needs of our clients, and at the same time we listen to their suggestions and complaints. We make sure our distinguished services are delivered to all categories of clients including people of determination, the elderly, the sick and the clients who can’t communicate in Arabic and English. We go to their places, if needed, listen to them and solve any issues. They can submit their suggestions and complaints in their local language and Dubai Customs will reply to them in their language.”
