Dubai Customs has announced work timings at its centers for the Eid Al Adha holiday so that customers can conveniently avail all clearance and customs services.
The Jebel Ali Customs Centers Management will be open round the clock throughout the holiday, including Dubai Logistics City Inspection Center, Coastal Berth Center (Inspection & Customer Service). Duty shifts will be on round the clock at the inspection centers at Jebel Ali & TECOM Customs Center (Main Inspection Office - Gate 3, Containers Yard Inspection Office 2, Containers Inspection Office 3).
Customer service centers at Port Rashid, Dubai Logistics City and Jebel Ali will be open on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 08:00am to 01:00pm and will resume working on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 08:00am to 01:00pm.
Air customs centers in Cargo Village, Dubai Airport Free Zone Gate (5), Cargo Terminal at Al Maktoum Airport and Dubai Flower Center will be open round the clock during Eid Al Adha holiday. On the other hand, DMCC will resume operations on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 09:00am to 02:00pm.
As for inland centers, Hatta Borders Customs Center will be working round the clock during Eid Al Adha holiday, while DUCAMZ and Dry Port will re-commence operations from 09:00am to 01:00pm on Saturday, September 26, 2015.
In respect to the Coastal Customs Centers Management, Exit and Entry Port (Operations & Inspection), Deira Port (Inspection) Dubai Creek Customs Center (Inspection) and Al Hamriya Port Center (Inspection) will be operational round the clock.
Operations at Al Hamriya Customs Center and Dubai Creek Customs Center will be open on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 08:00am to 02:00pm. On the other hand, Creek marine operations as well as the Customs Declaration Management will be running round the clock.
Dubai Customs reaffirms the continuity of all services related to consignments clearance during the Eid Al Adha holiday.
