Dubai Customs has announced the newly-adapted work timings of its customs centers during Eid Al Fitr holidays to provide appropriate customs clearance services to all private customers and businesses around-the-clock.
The following customs centers will be on 24/7 uninterrupted duty during Eid days: Air Customs Centers in Cargo Village, Dubai Airport Free zone Gate (5), Cargo Terminal at Al Maktoum Airport, Dubai Flower Center and DMCC.
Jebel Ali Customs Centers Management will be open from 09:00 a.m. until 14:00 p.m., and on Thursday 16/07/2015 the working hours at the Jebel Ali Customer Service Center will be from 08:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m., and on Sunday 19/07/2015 working hours will be from 08:00 am to 13:00 pm. As for the Customer Service Center at Port Rashid, working hours will be from 08:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
Work in Dubai Logistics City will be around the clock throughout Eid Al Fitr holidays.
Duty shifts will be around the clock in the inspection centers at Jebel Ali Customs Center ( Main Inspection Office – Gate 3, Containers Yard Inspection Office 2, Containers Inspection Office 3).
As for Land Centers, Hatta Borders Customs Center shall be working around the clock during Eid Al Fitr holidays, while DUCAMZ and the Dry Port will start work from 09:00 a.m. until 13:00 p.m. on Thursday 16/07/2015 and Sunday 19/07/2015.
As for Coastal Customs Centers Management:
- Exist and Entry Port (Operations and Inspection) around the clock
- Deira Port ( inspection) around the clock
- Coastal Berth Customs Center (Operations and Inspection) around the clock
- Dubai Creek Customs Center ( Inspection) around the clock
- Al Humriya Customs Center (Inspection) around the clock
Operations at Al Hamriya Customs Center will be open from 08:00 a.m. until 14:00 p.m. on Thursday 16/07/2015, and from 07:00 am until 14:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
As for Dubai Creek Operations Center, working hours are from 08:00 until 13:00 pm on Thursday and Sunday, and the Sea Cargo Operation working hours are from 07:00 a.m. until 13:00 p.m. on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
As for the New Declarations Section of the Customs Declaration Management Department, counters will be open around the clock.
Dubai Customs reaffirms the continuity of all services related to consignments clearance during the holy month of Ramadan.
