Dubai Customs participates in Downtown Dubai Parade

Dubai Customs along with many other government and private institutions and school students took part in the National Day Parade as thousands of people flocked to Downtown Dubai on Sunday to celebrate the UAE’s 42nd National Day. Organized by Emaar Properties on Sunday, December 1st 2013 evening, the event highlights the core values of the “Spirit of the Union” established in the Emirati society.
Twenty customs inspectors took part in the event holding UAE flags with other participating organizations. Visitors as well as residents of Dubai enjoyed the unprecedented gorgeous festivities of the ‘Downtown Dubai Parade’ that took place at the Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard which runs through Downtown Dubai, the mega development known as ‘The Centre of Now’.
Dubai Customs’ constant participation in the annual celebrations reflects its eagerness to be part of this special day’s rejoicing and joy, and to cheer the audience who is also keen on attending the event to cherish the auspicious memory.
