Dubai Customs announces working hours at its Customs Centers during Ramadan

Dubai Customs announced the official working hours at customs centers during the holy month of Ramadan to ensure clearance of goods whether for individuals or companies at convenient timings
Customs Centers at the Cargo Village, Airport Free Zone Terminal (5), Al Maktoum International Airport –Cargo Terminal, Dubai Flowers Center, Jebel Ali, Coastal Berth, Al Khor Marine Operations and Hatta Customs Centre will operate on a 24/7 basis throughout the holy Month of Ramadan.
Jebel Ali Customer Service Centre will work from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The Communication and e-Services Department will remain open to receive customer inquiries regarding customs transactions on the toll free (80080080) from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Postal Customs Center will operate from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., while the Dubai Metals & Commodities Center will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Working hours at Al Khor Operations Centre and Al Hamriyah Center will be from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. while working hours of service centers at Ducamz, Silicon Oasis, Dubai Textile City, Dry Port and Claims & Collection at Dubai Intl Airport Free Zone and Cargo Village, will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The working hours at Port Rashid centers will be from 08:00 a.m. till 02:00 p.m.
While at the Customs Declaration Management Department will be as follows:  
The Customs Declaration Management Department will operate as follows: New Customs Declarations Section will be operating round the clock and Customs Declaration Service Section (for cancellation and amendment) will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Dubai Customs affirms its commitment to provide continuous goods clearance services during the days of the holy Month of Ramadan in line with the Department’s vision and strategic objectives.
