Dubai Customs has announced the working hours at its customs centers and posts during Eid Al Al Adha holiday which begins on October 25 and lasts until the third day of Eid Al Adha, to ensure continuity of clearance of goods for both individuals and companies, offering convenient times for clients.
Ahmed Mahboob Musabah, Executive Director of Client Management Division at Dubai Customs said “Dubai Customs is keen on providing consistent services particularly those associated with clearance of goods during the Eid holiday, in line with its strategic vision and objectives to provide value-added customs services and consistently support the economy and trade to meet the needs of clients.”
The customs centers at Dubai Cargo Village, Hatta Customs Center, Customs Declaration Management, Coastal Berth Customs Center and Creek Entry Customs Center and Customs Inspection Centre at Jebel Ali Port shall operate on a 24/7 basis throughout the official holiday.
Customs Posts at Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1, 2 & 3) will be operating round the clock during Eid to facilitate smooth process for in-coming passengers amidst expectations of large number of visitors to arrive to the country to spend Eid holidays in the UAE.
The working hours at Dubai International Airport Free Zone Inspection Center will be from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. throughout the Eid holiday while the Multi-Commodities Customs Center will be working from 9:00 a.m. until 09:00 p.m. during the whole Eid period. Creek Customs Center will be operating on 2nd and 3rd days of Eid from 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.
Customs center at Dubai Logistic City will be operating throughout the whole Eid period from 9:00am to 1:00am. The working hours at Postal Customs Center will be from 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. on 2nd and 3rd days of Eid while Hamriyah Port Customs center will be operating from 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.
