Emphasizing its efforts to enhance client happiness, Dubai Customs continues its monthly ceremony to honor its distinguished customers in several categories. In May, the ceremony was held in the presence of His Excellency Ahmed Mahboub Musabih, Director General of Dubai Customs, CEO of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, executives and directors of departments.
During the ceremony, which was held at Dubai Customs headquarters, His Excellency Ahmed Mahboob Musabih stressed the strong partnership between Dubai Customs and its clients, which contributes in fulfilling Dubai's vision in supporting the business and trade sector and positively reflects on Dubai's foreign trade enhancing Dubai's position as a global hub in international trade.
He said; "We are happy to honor our clients on a monthly basis, which is an exemplary opportunity to meet our clients and consolidate our sustainable relationship,”
Musabih pointed out that the clients of the Government Department are partners in its success and excellence, and they were a main catalyst in Dubai Customs’ performance achieving a score of 91.8% on Dubai Government Client Happiness Index 2021.
“We look forward to continuing our support to our customers to achieve positive results and raise this percentage during the current year. Dubai Customs welcomes the suggestions and comments of its clients, and deals with them quickly and efficiently to find appropriate solutions that achieve the happiness of clients through innovative and effective mechanisms.”
The honored companies expressed their great happiness with the monthly honoring initiative, stressing that Dubai Customs, through multiple channels of communication with business and trade groups, succeeded in providing leading customs facilities and procedures that enhanced the companies' activities and the value of their trade.
