$1.25 Billion Over Five Years
Results for the period from 2021 to 2025 demonstrate the scale of this role and its global reach. The partnership between Dubai Customs and Dubai Humanitarian facilitated humanitarian shipments to and from Dubai with a total value of $1.256 billion, across 12,830 customs transactions covering exports and imports. Humanitarian exports were valued at $632.8 million across 6,299 transactions to 167 countries, while imports were valued at $623.4 million across 6,531 transactions from 86 countries.
These figures highlight the operational and geographic reach of humanitarian activities through Dubai and the emirate’s ability to efficiently connect humanitarian organizations, supply hubs, and areas of need around the world, leveraging its strategic location, air and sea gateways, and advanced transportation and logistics networks.
