Dubai Customs announced the official working hours at its customs centers during the Eid Al-Adha holiday, to help individuals and companies clear their goods without any delay.
Work will be round-the-clock at Deira wharfage (inspection), Dubai Creek Customs Center (inspection), and Hamriya Port inspection center.
Work at customer service centers at Port Hamriya Customs Center and Dubai Creek Customs Center will be from 8am to 2pm and 8am to 1pm respectively (2nd and 3rd day of Eid).
Air customs centers, namely Dubai Cargo Village, Dubai Airport Free Zone, and Dubai Flower Center, will work round-the-clock; whereas inspection section at Dubai Multi Commodities Center will receive clients on Saturday 10th August 2019 from 9am to 1pm. Operations section (clearance) will be off during the Eid holiday, and the customs post office will receive clients on Saturday 10th August 2019 from 7am to 1pm.
Jebel Ali Customs Centers Management will work round-the-clock during Eid holiday at Dubai Logistics City Inspection Center and Jebel Ali Inspection Center. Jebel Ali customer service center will open from 11th August to 13th August - 8am to 2pm.
Port Rashid Customer Service Center will close during Eid holiday but the inspection center will work 24/7.
Hatta Customs Center will work round-the-clock, whereas Dry Docks and Dukamz centers will open from Sunday 11th August - 8am to 1pm.
Working hours at Customs Declaration Department at Dubai Customs main building will be round-the-clock.
