Dubai Customs achieves highest level of client happiness during prime time

Dubai Customs achieved highest level of client happiness during prime time. The results of prime time (11am) client happiness, as shown by the happiness meter 2018, was 97.1%. The daily average client voting turnout in 2018 was 30,000 voters, which reflects high demand on Dubai Customs’ efficient services and progression to keep to the latest international standards. 


Dubai Customs have reached this level of efficiency and facilitation of customs services thanks to their progressive people, and the adoption of latest technologies and AI applications. This helps Dubai Customs handle the increasing number of transactions. A total of 9.6 million transactions have been done in 2018 compared to 9 million in 2017.


Commenting on this achievement, Edris Behzad, Client Management Director at Dubai Customs said: “Service delivery commitment reached 97%, thanks to the strategic planning and the good governance.
