Dubai Public Prosecution conducts a benchmark visit to Dubai Customs on knowledge management
Dubai Customs welcomed a delegation from Dubai Public Persecution to be introduced to DC’s best practices and implemented systems in knowledge management.
The visit comes in line with DC efforts in bolstering joint cooperation and exchange of expertise with peer government entities for better serving the public interest. The visiting delegation comprised: Ali Al hosani, Advocate-General – the Team Leader, Yusuf Al Ali, Senior Public Prosecutor, Fatma bin Haider, Senior Manager of Systems Development Section, Ibtisam Al Marzouqi, Chief Training and Development Officer and Muna Al Ketbi, Strategic Development Expert.
On behalf of Dubai Customs, both Ali Albarghothi, Senior Business Architect and Ali Abu Quta, Knowledge Management Officer, provided the guests with a presentation on DC’s knowledge management project and shared insights on its methodology and best practices implemented. They also presented the guests with an overview on some of the key knowledge management systems implemented, such as corporate capability management, enterprise connected view and the explicit and implicit knowledge.
