Dubai Customs launched TARJIM service, where clients can submit complaints in their own native languages with a choice of 7 different languages (Spanish, French, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Urdu and Russian) in addition to Arabic and English, through Email:
firstname.lastname@example.org or Fax: 04 417 6316. Dubai Customs will reply to all complainants in the same language they have been lodged.
