Knowledge exchange between Dubai Customs and Ajman Police General Headquarters 

A delegation from Ajman Police General Headquarters visited the Client Management at Dubai Customs on Thursday March 21, 2013. The visit was for benchmarking purposes and in line with Dubai Customs commitment to knowledge exchange and sharing of experiences with its partners. 
Ajman Police delegation included Major Juma Abeed Al Shamsi, Head of Quality Section, Mr Raed Mohammed Ahmed Al Kirri, Quality and Corporate Excellence Expert, First Lieutenant Dr. Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Head of Customer Service Branch, and Ms Kholoud Mohammed Jasim Al Lingawi, Specialist of Quality and Excellence.
During the meeting, the delegation learned about best practices applied at the Department in areas such as customer service, followed work mechanisms and benchmarks carried out with other organisations in the field.
The two parties emphasised the importance of such meetings to conduct benchmarking between various departments, utilize distinguished experiences, share expertise and convey knowledge among local and federal departments. The visit underlines the importance of continuous communication between the two parties to boost relations and development which serve work progress.
At the end of the meeting, which was coordinated by the Government Partnership Section, the delegation visited the Client Management and learned about  the array of services Dubai Customs offers to its customers.
