MOSA delegation hails Dubai Customs’ exceptional systems and operations management  

 
The MOSA visitors were introduced to the scope of customer service system electronically implemented at Dubai Customs. The presentation covered a number of organizational aspects of Dubai Customs, namely business connected view, enterprise architecture and its benefits, in addition to the design, improvement and documentation of operating procedures. The DC’s client-oriented electronic systems were also showcased.  
Concluding the visit, the Ministry of Social Affairs’ deputation praised Dubai Customs’ systems and business procedures which significantly enriched their experience. Mrs. Al Jasmi particularly acclaimed the leadership levels attained by Dubai Customs over its long history, wishing the organization further success and prosperity.
