Dubai Customs HR delegation visits Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council
In line with the UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s assertion that education and Emiratisation are two key priorities of the government, and a national responsibility that must be shouldered by everyone, a delegation from Dubai Customs Human Resources Department paid a visit to the Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council, in order to discuss cooperation mechanisms in the field of national qualified cadres employment.
The Dubai Customs’ delegation included the Acting Recruitment Manager Mr. Khamis Al Muhairi, and Assistant Recruitment Officer Mr. Abdulaziz Al Dijani. They were received by Executive Director of Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council H.E. Abdulla Al Humeidan, Director of the Organizational Development Program Mr. Mohammed Saif Al Mansouri, Director of Recruitment Mrs. Mouza Dheeb Al Mansouri, and Director of Operation Division Mr. Rashid Ahmed Al Marshoudi.
Following a warm welcome and a commendation of the Emiratisation initiatives adopted by Dubai Customs, a presentation was given about Emiratisation achievements in government and private organizations and directorates. The presentation also discussed future Emiratisation plans along with the council’s initiatives for training and qualifying national cadres for the labor market. At the end of the visit, it was agreed that Dubai Customs be enrolled among the organizations and entities that avail the national staffing service to cover its employment needs through available job vacancies.
