Administrative Affairs hosts a delegation from the Department of Economic Development - Dubai
The Administrative Affairs in Dubai Customs (DC) has welcomed a delegation from the Department of Economic Development - Dubai at the Al-Boom Hall in DC’s Head Office. The visiting delegation learned about the best applicable business practices and conducted a standard comparison between the systems and procedures applied in the administrative field.
Ahmed Obaid Al-Falasi, DC’s Director of HR, Finance & Administration, Mohammed Busmait, Senior Manager of Contracts and Procurement Section, Fouad Al-Suwaidy, Senior Manager of Public Services, Khawlah Al-Solis, Senior Manager of Facilities Maintenance Section, Eng. Lobna Al Rahma, Senior Manager of Construction Projects Section, and Mona Badr, Project Manager, welcomed the visiting delegation, which comprised Ibrahim Muhammed Ahli, Admininrstrative Affairs Manager, Essa Hassan Al-Shahy, Senior Manager of Administrative Services, Ahmed Muhammed Ahli, Senior Manager of Archiving and Electronic Services, Muhammed Ibrahim, Senior Manager of Ramool Center, and Reyad Kamel, Planning and Administrative Support Officer.
An introductory presentation prepared by Administrative Affairs in DC was delivered to the visiting delegation and a debate took place on the methods applied in the field of property, parking, and other facilities management in DC.
