Dubai Customs Showcases its SRS System development experience to Dubai Public Prosecution and the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi
Two high profile delegations from Dubai Prosecution Office and the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi visited Dubai Customs in order to be familiarized with DC’s journey in innovation, creativity and performance development .
Hussein Al Fardan, Suggestions and Complaints Section Manager at the Strategy and Excellence Department received the visiting delegations, which included, on the part of Dubai Police; Counselor Mohamed Ali Rustom, Chief Prosecutor of Family and Juvenile Prosecution, Counselor Mohammad Hussein Al Hammadi, Chief Prosecutor, Shamsa Al Marri Strategy and Excellence Department Director, Hind Al Mazrooei Information Technology Management Department Director, Aisha Al Mazrooei, Policies and Systems Section Manager, and Tareq Ibrahim Saif Corporate Social Responsibility Section Manager.
The DED – Abu Dhabi delegation encompassed Khaled Abdullah Al Housani, Innovation and Thinking Department Manager and Saqer Mohammad Al Zaabi Corporate Support and Supervision Section Manager.
Al Fardan delivered a comprehensive presentation on Dubai Customs experience in developing the SRS system. He also detailed on the department’s keenness to implement the lodged ideas, suggestions and innovations in order to advance customs work; a process that has been defined by the leadership team at the Department ensuring the encouragement of innovation and creativity as the corner stone for DC’s journey towards performance improvement.
At the end of the meeting, both delegations expressed their sheer admiration for Dubai Customs experience in developing the SRS System and in encouraging the spirit of innovation and creativity among employees.
