Dubai Customs’ HR Assessment Centre grabs the attention of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority
The Human Resources Department at Dubai Customs has received a delegation from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. The visit was for the purpose of learning about Dubai Customs’ best HR practices and approaches , including the programs of the Assessment Centre in the HR Department.
The visiting delegation from the Civil Aviation Authority included Fatma Al Sayegh, Planning Manager, Amnah Al Suwaidi, Senior Performance Manager, and Fatma Al Balooshi, Senior Executive-HR Planning & Recruitment.
They were received by Lana Al-Isawi, Assessment Specialist, and Sharifa Abdulqader, Assessment Officer, who gave ample information on the Assessment Centre, which was established in 2008. Its goals and significant role in HR management, as well as the process and tools used for personnel assessment at DC were explained.
The HR Department at Dubai Customs is keen on sharing knowledge and transferring successful experiences to private and government bodies alike.
