A day without service centers: A daily practice in Dubai Customs

 

Dear Dubai Customs Clients​;

Finance Department would like to thank you for your usual cooperation. Following the big success that ‘A day without service centers’ initiative witnessed we would like to inform you that we will activate the initiative for payment services through e-channels and smart applications only starting from Thursday 11 January 2018.

This is part of our efforts to achieve and realize the plan of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai of minimizing customer visits by 80% in 2018 as part of a wide and wise vision of turning Dubai into the smartest and happiest city in the world.

Dubai Customs has delivered 27 smart services to its clients through e-channels and smart applications.
