HR, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

 

The Division is responsible for developing and implementing the best methods and practices required to achieve corporate goals and develop leadership and functional competencies through empowerment and capacity building of all Dubai Custom’s personnel. It also oversees the development of HR systems and procedures in addition to planning, implementing and managing all financial related matters in accordance with the organization’s strategic objectives. This includes managing and controlling organizational financial targets as set by the Department of Finance in the Government of Dubai, and formulating the annual budget for all divisions and departments of Dubai Customs, besides the planning, implementation and management of all administration and facilities related matters in line with corporate strategic objectives.​
