Sub: Bank Guarantee against Customs Broker operations
Re: Our Guarantee No: ……… for Dhs 50,000/-
At the request of M/s. (Company Name …..) We, (Bank’s name….) hereby undertake
to pay to you a sum not exceeding Dhs: 50,000/- (Dirhams Fifty Thousand Only) to
cover any possible liabilities that Mr. / Messrs ….. May incur towards your Department
in the course of his/ their activities, as a Customs Broker.
The Guaranteed sum in whole or in part thereof without any limit on the number
of claims during the guarantee period, shall be paid to you upon your first written
demand despite any contention on the part of M/s. (Company Name)
The guarantee will be valid till 31st December, 2009 and will be renewed automatically
at the end of this year and of subsequent years for the full reinstated maximum
liability unless you receive notice in writing from us of non-renewal at least one
month before the expiry of any current annual period.
